Alright, this thread is supposed to be about my issues correct? Well here's a new one.
I'm shaking. I don't know why, and I want it to stop. I'm in a really weird mood, and it's creeping me out. I want to stop shaking, but it just feels weird. I have this strange nervous feeling in my stomach, and I feel a bit sick. I hate it. I want it to stop.

okay, that kinda sounds like your nerves are misfiring, or something. i know that feeling personally. don't ask. it should end within about an hour. if not that, then probably by tomorrow. about the stomach, drink some green tea. either that or some herbal tea. drink it slowly. it should help to calm your stomach considerably. if that doesn't work, then try taking deep breaths. if it continues, either the shaking or the sick stomach, i'd talk to a doctor. but take it slowly. it should feel better after some sleep. deep sleep.

And I can't talk to a doctor. My mom'd never take me, but if you don't have any more suggestions, next time I feel like that I"ll try the deep breaths. aaand (I know i'm just full of issues, but i'm not really trying to reject your help, it's just that i have lots of problems) I would love some deep sleep, however sleeping is one of my weeker points. I can never get enough sleep.

i think that deep sleep is one of the greatest problems for teenagers. we just don't get any type of deep sleep. i know i haven't in a couple of years. but before you go to bed, try to empty your mind. meditate. try to get anything that's exciting or distracting out of your mind. you're trying to rest you mind as well. and if you don't have any tea, anything hot will work, so long as it doesn't have any added sugar. preferably all natural, too. the breathing works as well. and if you needed to, when my dad comes up here in august, you could see him at the shinai thing. he's a family practice doctor, so he looks at a lot of different medical probelms and he wants to see what the shinai thing is. and don't worry about having alot of problems. we all have our own problems, but we're allways ready to help each other.

i made myself get up at 7:30 today. which is pretty early for me, usually i'll get up at 11 or 12. But That's one reason I wouldn't look foreward to highschool. I have to wake up so freakin early.
