When you have the hiccups, Mr. Misco ususallly makes you say Avacado reeeeeeaaaallllyyy slow. But that doesn't work for me so he asks me if I've seen a pink dragon. It always works. Gosh Keri. Whats wrong with reading it on the computer? Nah, JK
"How'd they die?" Flame asked. "Dear girl. You don't want to know." Flame glared at the man. "Try me." She snapped. Ed gripped her shoulder. "I'll tell you later. " He whispered. "Promise? And no lies." "Why would I lie?" Flame nodded and watched as the caskets where lowered into the ground. She was shaking. She scrubbed, irratated, at her face with the back of her hand. "Shoot! I didn't want to cry! I'm big enough that I don't need to cry!" No matter what she did, they came like a dam with a crack in it. A fierce northern wind ripped through the cemetary. Snow started to fall. Flame shivered but not from the cold. The people started to cover the grave. Flame bowed her head in defeat. They were gone. Gone.

You live in a trashcan? Don't be jealous. Tenks Sakerra!! I likes the Fullmetal ones!!
Okay. I think I should finish Flames story (All that I have written) For you guys. In moderation of course.
Heres where I left off. (I haven't written anymore Flame and Matt yet so don't hold your breath for a while)
Ed draped his windbreaker around her shoulders. He could stand the cold. This would definatly hinder her progress.
Two Weeks Later: Flame couldn't sleep. The faces haunted her. Every time she closed her eyes, they were there. She didn't know who they were. The light of a crisp winter morning danced across her outstretched arm. Great. Another night of absolutly no sleep. She pulled her butt out of bed and shuffled to the kitchen. She was still at Eds' house; she'd rather be there than in an orphanage. "Holy spit, Flame!" He exclaimed over coffee. "Have you gotten any sleep at all?" Flame shook her head. "Is something wrong?" *Remember, Ed is also a psychiatrist at this time.* Flame was about to say what when Ty walked in. He slapped her on the back; his morning ritual. Flame was getting tired of it. Today she hit back. He stumbled foreward. "Brother! Your little pet kicked me!" He whined. Ed glared at him. "She is not my pet!" "So you don't-" Flame kicked him at the same time Ed tripped him. Ty landed on his face.

"Brother! You are so mean! If you weren't afraid of father, I'd call him right now." "Since when have I been afraid of father?" Ed asked dangerously. "You ran away from home. That proves everything. Poor kind father and dear sweet mother were worried sick about you!" Ed made a weird sort of cough snort scoff thing. "I don't think so. They barely had enough compassion to call the search off. Go ahead and call fater. I don't think he'll be able to find me." Ty stood up totally undignified. "I-I don't think I'll call him. I don't want you to feel his wrath.' Ty grabbed an apple and left but not before saying "I hate you!!" Ed rolled his eyes. "Sneaky little backstabber." "Why is Ty afraid of your dad?" Flame asked. "You can sit down you know." Flame sat down where she stood.

Your just jealous but your right. No more Dorkfish. Instead, I can go on about how parents should not be allowed at their kids baseball games. ;D Ed dipped the thrown bread into his broth and bit it. Flames eye twitched. Today, there were only three of the normal seven people sitting at the table. Jessie was sick, Char and Aaron where talking a walk, and Matt was just gone. Jake sighed. "You know what you guys need?" He igorned their furious glares. "You need to spar. You guys haven't done that in a long long time." Flame opened her mouth to say something then changed her mind. It gave her an excuse to beat the heck out of him. SPARRING ROOM B-8: Jake was rather pleased with himself. He'd gotten them to listen to him. For once. And now, they were both unconscious on the floor and he was happier than a lark. Now he could watch TV!!! Anywho. I finally wrote more Matt and Flame so here goes. It was the dead of winter. Ed was worried Flame was spending too much time in the grave site. One night, she didn't come back when she promised she'd be back. Ed wrapped his cloak around his body and led his horse through the deep snow. Flame was kneeling infront of Rusty's grave, asleep. The soft sound of snow crunching woke her. "I thought I might find you here." Ed said quietly. Flame didn't make any notion she knew he was there. "It's getting below freezing. You should return to the castle." Flame looked over her shoulder at him. Tears were frozen to her cheeks. The wind ruffled her fur. Ed felt a terrible pang of guilt. "Okay. I'll stay with you for a little while. But only for a little while. Then we're going back to the castle, understood?" Flame nodded. Ed tied the horse to a tree and climbed into the small bowl shaped hole. The bottem was flat. Flames ear twitched unvoluntarily as he approached. He sat down next to her. There was an moment of pure, sorrow-filled, meaningful silence as Ed shared the precious quiet moment with Flame. No underlings messing up. No war. Just peace... Serenity. Ed breathed in deeply and half opened his eyes. He looked over at Flame. Her breathing was slow and heavy. She'd fallen asleep. Ed felt lucky he found her when he did. If she had spent the night out here, she surely would have died. Ed shook her awake. "C'mon. It's time we get going." Flame nodded and stood up. She wobbled, having spent so much time on her knees. Ed automatically reached to catch her. She whacked his hands away. "For some reason. Ever since I returned from the human world, people have been treating me like a porcilin doll. Did you all forget that I am mostly composed of adamthiuim?" "Thats psyically." Ed pointed out. "Yeah, so? The next time some one treats me like I'll break upon hearing that 2 scouts died in a recon mission then I'll break them. I want that to be offical. In ink. Understand?" Ed smiled and saluted. "Yes, M'am." "Good. and start calling me Sir. I can't spell M'am. You have no idea what a bother it is on all that paperwork." Ed almost laughed out loud. Flame punched him. "Thats is exactly what I want stopped. I don't care if people laugh at my stupid mistakes and bloody foolish ideas. Got it?" Ed burst out laughing. "C'mon, Sir. We'd better get back to the castle." "Yeah, yeah. I'll catch up. Theres just something I need to do." Ed bowed his head and swung up onto his horse. Flame waited until he was out of earshot and howled. It was the most heart-wrenching sound anybody has ever heard. She howled for Rusty. She howled for Danny. She howled for all the brave soliders that had been lost in the war. Most of all however, she howled for the part of her heart Rusty had taken with him.
